About Me
Hi, I’m Andrea, mama to two littles - a girl and a baby boy due in July.
I’m a Board Certified Occupational Therapist and Holistic Heath Coach specializing in maternal health. I have a Masters in Occupational Therapy, Lactation Educator Counselor, Certified Yoga Teacher (500 hour) with a focus on prenatal/postnatal yoga.
My transition into motherhood wasn’t exactly what I envisioned. Not only did my first delivery not go according to plan, but I felt completely exhausted (was severely anemic) and totally overwhelmed after she was born. I had more postpartum anxiety than I would have like to admit. I felt alone after she was born, I felt like the months were flying by, but the days were moving so slowly.
I experienced the gap in care once I became a mother. How is it that moms get over 15 prenatal visits and typically only get one visit with their provider postpartum? This is stark contrast to the 7+ well-visits baby receives during the first year. How well a mom is adjusting postpartum is critical prior to the 6-week follow-up and well beyond that.
I understand what it is like to struggle and experience the challenges moms face during the transition to motherhood - physically, mentally and emotionally. I’m here to give you support to make your postpartum journey the best it can be.
Let’s take the guesswork out of the transition to motherhood so you can thrive and feel your best!

My Philosophy
Many women need support for changing life roles and uncertainty about the transition postpartum as they undergo physiological changes affecting their mental, emotional, and physical health
As an Occupational Therapist and Holistic Health Coach, I specialize in addressing daily performance challenges of early motherhood, including the complexities of establishing new healthy roles and routines. I strongly believe holistic “functional” health is of the utmost importance in transitioning into motherhood. I help moms create healthy lifestyle habits and achieve physical, mental and emotional balance.
